About the Center
The New Mexico State Data Center Program is a partnership with the U. S. Census Bureau established to facilitate Census data dissemination and understanding. New Mexico’s Program is coordinated by four agencies: the Economic Development Department, which by statute is the lead agency; the Bureau of Business and Economic Research at the University of New Mexico; the New Mexico State Library; and the New Mexico State University Department of Economics.
In addition to the four coordinating agencies, the Program currently includes 23 affiliate organizations throughout the state. To find a state data center in another state go to the Census Bureau’s web site (http://www.census.gov/sdc/www/). If you are interested in becoming an affiliate please contact us.
This New Mexico Data Center area is intended to be a central point of access for New Mexico business, economic and community development information. It is our mission to continually add to and improve this site.
Your comments or questions are welcome and should be directed to the Research Team.
