TaskUs, a provider of outsourced customer service based in Santa Monica, will bring nearly 700 jobs to downtown Albuquerque over the next five years. The company chose First Plaza at 200 Third St. NW for its new location. The new office will be a technical operations and customer experience center expected to be operational in the first quarter of 2019. The company will invest $9 million in its new 50,500 SF space. TaskUs also has offices in San Francisco, San Antonio, Dallas and Austin, and internationally in Mexico and the Phillipines.
TaskUs raised an investment round of $250 million from private equity firm Blackstone Group in 2018 and employs more than 10,000.
