The Building Creative Communities Conference is a collaborative effort of three state agencies — New Mexico MainStreet (Economic Development Department), New Mexico Heritage Preservation Division (Department of Cultural Affairs), and New Mexico Arts (Department of Cultural Affairs). The partner agencies realize that together we can build stronger New Mexico communities by promoting the coordination of interdisciplinary strategies that leverage each others’ strengths. By fostering cooperative efforts that integrate commercial district revitalization, arts, tourism and history, New Mexico can creatively build communities that dynamically sustain effective initiatives and be more resilient in the face of economic change.
Early Bird Registration ends September 15, 2015: http://buildingcreativecommunities.org/
