Santa Teresa continues its rapid growth with the expansion of MCS Industries, a leading U.S. manufacturer of picture frames. In April, MCS announced it will invest $11.1 million in expanding its warehousing and distribution facility.

New Mexico is crossing borders into other countries including Mexico, Japan, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, and Ireland – to name a few. Since holding the number one spot in the nation for export growth in 2012, exports continue to reach unprecedented levels.

In October 2014 California-based food producer Flagship Food Group expanded to New Mexico. Flagship plans to hire 155 employees in Albuquerque in its first year of operation, ramping up to an additional 145 over the next few years, for a total of 300.

CN Wire established its first North American manufacturing facility in Santa Teresa in 2014, bringing 300 jobs to the community.
