NM Outdoor Recreation Division Announces Outdoor Equity Fund Recipients

SANTA FE, N.M. – The New Mexico Outdoor Recreation Division (ORD), a division of the N.M. Economic Development Department (EDD), announced the inaugural award recipients of the Outdoor Equity Fund (OEF). The first-of-its-kind OEF was created to allow all youth equitable access to the outdoors. The grant will support transformative outdoor experiences that foster stewardship and respect for New Mexico’s land, water, and cultural heritage.

Film Schools Across New Mexico Receive Funding Through New Mexico Film Office’s Giveback Program

SANTA FE, N.M. –The New Mexico Film Office (NMFO) announced 20 film programs at higher education institutions throughout New Mexico have received a total of $330,000 in funding from the Non-Resident Below-the-Line Crew Credit Program. Funds will be utilized to purchase equipment, software, materials, supplies, and can be applied to student scholarship programs and other student opportunities.
